1968. On March 1, by order of the Minister of General Mechanical Engineering of the USSR No. 74 “On the creation of production facilities for the production of technological and non-standard equipment in the city of Pavlograd”, a decision was made to build a production facility for the production of technological and non-standard equipment.

1974. On August 30, by a resolution of the Central Committee of the CPSU and the Council of Ministers of the USSR, a decision was made to create the 2nd stage of the plant.
1975, Phase 1 of the plant was completed. The Pavlograd Plant of Non-Standard Equipment was also renamed the Pavlograd Plant of Technological Equipment and Specialized Machine Tools (PZTO and SM).
1976. July 12, by the Minister’s order No. 247, PZTO and SM (a branch of the Southern Machine-Building Plant) was subordinated directly to the Ministry. Also in this year, PZTO and SM released its first products, furnaces ARP-6, ARP-5, ARP-14, and a SET elevator-type rack.
1977, Production of CNC lathes model AT-220 began.
1978, Commissioning of the 2nd stage of building No. 1.
1981, Serial production of CNC lathes model STP-220PR began.
1982, serial production of the SPN-5M winding machine and the MP-100 manipulator began.
1984, The machining center (drilling-milling-boring) with CNC model IR-320 was put into serial production.
1985, The plant’s specialists developed and implemented serial production of CNC lathes model STP-220AP and a lathe machining center model MMT-200.
1988, The production of LLST, Progress-1000 rotary lines, MP-250 manipulators was established. Also since 1988. according to the order of the Minister of PZTO and SM it was renamed to the production association “Stankozavod” as part of the plant and the specialized bureau “Stankorobot”.
1992, Production of universal high-precision turning and screw-cutting machines, concrete mixers, a complex of orthogonal stone processing technology machines was established.
1995-1999, Production of new types of mining equipment, equipment for the tire and metallurgical industries was mastered.
2005, the enterprise “Pavlograd Plant of Technological Equipment” LLC was established. The restructuring of production made it possible to update and repair equipment, free up unused production areas, and attract new qualified personnel. Based on the scientific and production experience of specialists of “PZTO” LLC, the production of a bending machine for the manufacture and correction of mine fastenings from special profiles SVP-22 SVP-27 and SVP-33 GOST 18662-70 was mastered, the unique ergonomics of which allow the unit to be operated in mine workings. Together with the State Enterprise NITI (Scientific and Research Technological Institute) named after Osada, universal pipe-electrowelding mills, mills for the manufacture of round and profile pipes (TESA 6-40, 10-60, 60-127) were developed and successfully introduced into production.
2006, A complex for processing substandard ore was manufactured and put into operation, the total weight of metal structures and equipment was 115 tons.
2007, A complex for enriching iron containing slag was put into operation, the total weight of metal structures and equipment was 125 tons.
2009, Long-term partnership agreements were signed with Ukrainian enterprises, negotiations are underway on cooperation with foreign enterprises.
2006, A working group was created to manage the new project, which was assigned tasks regarding the selection of equipment, the selection of contracting organizations, and personnel. A comprehensive development of the technological process began.
2006-2007, Specialists concluded contracts for the purchase of the necessary equipment (measuring equipment, control equipment, instruments, etc.).
2007-2008, Production facilities were selected to accommodate the new production.
2008. June 23, A new Ukrainian brand was registered under the name of the Limited Liability Company “Dniprovskiy Pipe Works”.
2009, Certificates of Conformity and permits for the production of premium quality products were obtained. Pipes and tubing with a diameter of 26.7 to 114.3 mm, casing pipes with a diameter of 114.3 to 508 mm.
2010, Due to the increase in the number of products produced, a decision is made to acquire LLC “PZTO” to accommodate production equipment, thereby creating new jobs.
The international company TUV Rheinland InterCert confirmed the compliance of LLC Dniprovskiy Pipe Works with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 quality management for the production and supply of pipes for the oil and gas industry.
In 2011, the enterprise successfully passed licensing for compliance with the requirements of the international standard of the American Petroleum Institute – API 5ST “Technical conditions for casing and tubing”. On September 30, 2011, LLC Dniprovskiy Pipe Works received API license No. 5CT-1354, which confirms the ability of our enterprise to produce oil-grade pipes in accordance with the requirements of the API 5CT standard and gives the right to apply the monogram of the American Petroleum Institute to products manufactured at our enterprise.
In June, LLC Dniprovskiy Pipe Works took part in the business plan competition held by the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Administration. The business plan was recognized as one of the best among the participants. This allowed attracting financing for new production projects.
Certificates of conformity of the State Certification System UkrSEPRO were obtained for the production of casing pipes and couplings to them with a diameter of 114 mm to 508 mm according to GOST 632-80 and pump and compressor pipes and couplings to them with a diameter of 42 to 114 mm.
Production of large diameter casing pipes from 426 to 508 mm has begun.
In 2012, in order to increase the production potential of our enterprise, the management of Dniprovskiy Pipe Works LLC decided to build a mill for the production of electro-welded pipes with a size of 10-76 mm and corresponding profile pipes.
On August 9, 2012, at LLC Dniprovskiy Pipe Works, on the instructions of the Head of the Regional State Administration of Dnipropetrovsk Region, Vilkul O.Yu., a ceremonial launch of a production line for electric-welded precision steel pipes was held.
2013, Recognized as the winner of the All-Ukrainian competition for product quality (product, works, services) – “100 Best Goods of Ukraine”
In 2014, specialists of Dniprovsky Pipe Works LLC developed a line of DGT-T Premium casing pipes with a premium-class highly sealed coupling connection for use in the oil and gas industry.
2017, Industrial tests of pipes manufactured by Dniprovskiy Pipe Works LLC with a premium threaded connection DGT-T were carried out in the conditions of well No. 36 of the Sakhalin Research and Development Center, Shevchenkovo village, Krasnokutsky district.
2018, To improve quality and reach a higher level of quality, measuring instruments from the company Gagemaker (USA), equipment from the company Tuboscope Vetco GmbH (Deutschland), a microscope, etc. were purchased.
2019, A high-performance CNC DOOSAN machine tool for the manufacture of couplings was put into operation.
2020, a team of technical specialists developed and registered technical specifications for mine auxiliary winches, on the basis of which in May 2020, permission was obtained from the Main Department of State Labor of the Dnipropetrovsk region for the use of these winches in industrial conditions. And at the end of May 2020, the first examples of mining equipment were already delivered to consumers, which have proven themselves on the positive side.
Specialized equipment for strengthening drill locks manufactured by Hardbending Solution was purchased.
Technical conditions for the manufacture of weighted drill pipes have been developed, which allowed to extend the service life of the drilling tool.
With the joint work of the teams of specialists of LLC Dniprovskiy Pipe Works and LLC “VKP “KhNZ” a stand for conducting hydraulic tests of pipes with a maximum test pressure of up to 120 MPa was developed, manufactured and put into industrial operation.
A group of specialists of LLC Dniprovskiy Pipe Works began work to prepare the company’s products, namely the premium threaded connection developed by employees of LLC Dniprovskiy Pipe Works DGT-T for testing for compliance with the requirements of the ISO 13679:2002 criteria for threaded connections of use levels CAL II – CALIV.
